Section includes administrative and procedural requirements for contract <br /> closeout, including, but not limited to, the following: <br /> 1. Substantial Completion procedures. <br /> 2. Final completion procedures. <br /> 3. Warranties. <br /> 4. Final cleaning. <br /> B. Related Sections: <br /> 1 Division 1 Section "Payment Procedures" for requirements for Applications <br /> for Payment for Substantial and Final Completion. <br /> 2. Division 1 Section "Execution Requirements" for progress cleaning of <br /> Project site. <br /> 3.
