Washed Stone Undercut 611 Depth As Directed By Engineer(Bid Item No. 18) <br /> The quantity of washed, quarry stone to be paid for pipe bedding for undercut <br /> excavation will be the actual amount of material, by linear foot for each 6-inches <br /> of depth, which has been properly placed, compacted and incorporated into the <br /> completed and accepted work, as requested and approved by the Engineer. <br /> Length and depth of stone bedding installed for undercut excavation shall be <br /> verified in the field by the Engineer. <br /> The quantity of washed stone pipe bedding shall be paid for at the contract unit <br /> price per linear foot installed for each 6-inches of depth, complete including but <br /> not limited to hauling, placing, compaction, and other related construction. <br /> Placement of washed stone pipe bedding for undercut excavation shall be in <br /> accordance with the standard details. The contractor shall provide the engineer <br /> haul tickets for each load of washed stone that is utilized for undercut <br /> excavation. Only washed stone that is authorized by the Engineer and <br /> accompanied by a quarry ticket will be paid at the contract unit price under this <br /> Temporary Ditch Liner(Bid Item No. 19) <br /> The quantity of Temporary Ditch Liner to be paid for shall be the number of linear <br /> feet of temporary ditch liner properly installed and accepted. <br /> The quantity of Temporary Ditch Liner shall be paid for at the contract unit price <br /> per linear foot installed complete, including but not limited to installation, <br /> maintenance, and removal if necessary. <br /> Straw Wattle Check Dam (Bid Item No. 20) <br /> The quantity of Straw Wattle Check Dams to be paid for shall be the number of <br /> check dams properly installed and accepted. <br /> The quantity of Straw Wattle Check Dams shall be paid for at the contract unit <br /> price per check dam installed complete, including but not limited to installation, <br /> maintenance, removal and disposal of accumulated silt, and restoration of <br /> surfaces. <br /> Silt Fence Installed per Details (Bid Item No. 21) <br /> The quantity of Silt Fence to be paid for shall be the number of linear feet of silt <br /> fence properly installed and accepted. <br /> The quantity of Silt Fence shall be paid for at the contract unit price per linear <br /> foot installed complete, including but not limited to installation, maintenance, <br /> removal and disposal of accumulated silt, and final removal of silt fence and <br /> restoration of surface. <br /> Rev.4/29/14 PROJECT M.01126 01500-Page 8 <br />
