' Code 5 — Receipt Acknowledged — The review indicates that the material is for <br /> information purposes only and the Engineer has taken no action as none is <br /> required. <br /> 3.3 EFFECT OF REVIEW OF CONTRACTOR'S SUBMITTALS <br /> The Engineer's review of submittal information provided by the Contractor based <br /> ' upon his review of the drawings, specifications, other project documents and <br /> proposed methods of work or information regarding materials or equipment shall <br /> not relieve the Contractor of his responsibility for errors therein and shall not be <br /> ' regarded as an assumption of risks or liability by the Owner or the Engineer, or <br /> by any officer or employee thereof, and the Contractor shall have no claim under <br /> the contract on the account of the failure, or partial failure, of the method of work, <br /> ' material, or equipment so reviewed. A mark of "No Exceptions" or "Make <br /> Corrections Noted" shall mean that the Owner has no objection to the Contractor, <br /> upon his own responsibility, using the plan or method of work proposed, or <br /> providing the materials or equipment proposed. <br /> 3.4 COSTS FOR REVIEW OF RESUBMITTALS <br /> ' The Contractor shall be completeness responsible for the of each submittal and <br /> p p <br /> identifying deviations from the project requirements.
