or licenses required by the Contractor from the city, county, or state in <br /> connection with this project shall be obtained by the Contractor and at the <br /> expense of the Contractor. <br /> 1.12 PRE-CONSTRUCTION VIDEO <br /> A. The Contractor shall produce a video of the project work area prior to placing <br /> any materials or equipment on site, and prior to construction. The video shall <br /> adequately show the condition and location of existing features that could be <br /> impacted as a result of construction. The Contractor shall deliver to the <br /> Engineer a copy of the video in DVD format prior to beginning construction. <br /> 1.13 PROJECT IDENTIFICATION SIGN <br /> A. The project shall have a project identification sign erected at a prominent <br /> location within the project area. The sign shall be constructed and erected in <br /> general conformance with the following requirements. <br /> B. The Contractor shall erect one (1) project identification sign. All required signs <br /> must be in place and acceptable prior to approval of the first payment <br /> application. <br /> C. The sign(s) shall be constructed of 3/4 inch exterior grade plywood, and shall <br /> be painted and lettered in accordance with the requirements of the Owner and <br /> Engineer. It shall be maintained in good condition until completion of the <br /> project. The entire sign shall be painted, however lettering is required only on <br /> one side. The specific size and spacing of lettering and the Owners and <br /> Engineer's logos shall be determined by the sign constructor to achieve a <br /> professional appearance. The outside dimensions of the sign shall be 4' in <br /> height x 8' in length, and it shall be supported by, and bolted to, two 4" x 4" <br /> treated wood posts with the bottom of the sign level and at a point about 4' <br /> above ground level. The quality of construction, painting, and lettering of the <br /> sign shall be in keeping with typical industry standards. <br /> D. The information on the sign should include as a minimum that provided by the <br /> Owner. The sign will be in color and include the logos of the funding agency, <br /> the Owner, and the Engineer. The project sign(s) must be complete, erected at <br /> a location(s) directed by the Owner, and acceptable prior to approval of the first <br /> progress payment application. <br /> E.
