In general Three MBE/WBE firms should be contacted per trade if firms <br /> are reasonably available. If less than three firms are contacted for each trade, please <br /> provide an explanation as to why not. <br /> ' • Copies of all quotes received must be submitted <br /> Note: It is not necessary to select an MBE/WBE contractor if the low quote is not from one. If <br /> all work is being performed by the low bidder, provide affidavit B. <br /> ' Submittal Sumary <br /> 1) Subcontractor Summary Form, <br /> 2) Proof of MBE/WBE certification <br /> 3) Documentation of"good faith efforts" (for all Federal Projects and State project <br /> with less than 10%). <br /> 4) Quotes from MBE and WBE firms that were received. <br />
