This insurance shall protect the Contractor and Owner and the Engineer against all claims ' <br /> under applicable state workmen's compensation laws. The Contractor and Owner shall also <br /> be protected against claims for injury, disease, or death of employees that, for any reason, <br /> may not fall within the provisions of a workmen's compensation law. This policy shall ' <br /> include an"all states"endorsement. <br /> The liability limits shall be not less than: ' <br /> Worker's Compensation.........................................Statutory <br /> Employer's Liability..............................................$500,000 each occurrence <br /> 2. Comprehensive Automobile Liability ' <br /> This insurance shall be written in comprehensive form and shall protect the Contractor and ' <br /> Owner and engineer against all claims for injuries to members of the public and damage to <br /> property of others arising from the use of motor vehicles, and shall cover operation on or off <br /> the site of all motor vehicles licensed for highway use, whether they are owned, non-owned, ' <br /> or hired. <br /> The liability limits shall be not less than: , <br /> Bodily Injury $1,000,000 each person <br /> $1,000,000 each occurrence <br /> Property Damage $1,000,000 each occurrence <br /> $1,000,000 aggregate ' <br /> 3. Comprehensive General Liability ' <br /> This insurance shall be written in comprehensive form and shall protect the Contractor and <br /> Owner against all claims arising from injuries to persons other than his employees or damage ' <br /> to property of the Owner or others arising out of any act or omission of Contractor or his <br /> agents, employees, or Subcontractors. The policy shall also include protection against claims <br /> insured by usual personal injury liability coverage and shall include a "protective liability" ' <br /> endorsement to insure the contractual liability assumed by the Contractor under the <br /> indemnification provisions in the Modified General Conditions, and "Completed Operations <br /> and Products Liability" coverage(to remain in force during the correction or warranty period , <br /> required under this Agreement. <br /> To the extent that the Contractor's work, or work under his direction, may require blasting, ' <br /> explosive conditions, or underground operations, the comprehensive general liability <br /> coverage shall contain no exclusion relative to blasting, explosion, collapse of building, or <br /> damage to underground property. ' <br /> Bodily Injury $1,000,000 each person <br /> $1,000,000 each occurrence <br /> Property Damage $1,000,000 each occurrence ' <br /> $2,000,000 aggregate <br /> 4.
