o 3 9V <br /> AMENDMENT TO ATTACHMENT A <br /> CHDO AGREEMENT <br /> This Amendment entered into this the 1st day of April 2014 to the CHDO Agreement, <br /> made and entered into on June 1, 2011,between Orange County, a body politic and corporate, a <br /> political subdivision of the State of North Carolina, (hereinafter referred to as the "County") and <br /> Community Home Trust, Inc., a North Carolina non-profit corporation designated as and <br /> hereinafter referred to as"CHDO." <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration for the mutual covenants and agreements made <br /> herein,the parties agree to amend the Original Agreement as follows: <br /> ATTACHMENT A <br /> FY 2011—2012 Source of Funds <br /> Orange County HOME CHDO Funds $215,000 <br /> FY 2012—2013 <br /> Project Budget <br /> Operating Support $ 20,000 <br /> Homebuyer Assistance $171,591 <br /> FY 2012—2013 Source of Funds <br /> Orange County HOME CHDO Funds $191,591 <br /> FY 2013—2014 <br /> Project Budget <br /> Operating Support $18,000 <br /> Homebuyer Assistance $56,000 <br /> FY 2013-2014 Source of Funds <br /> Orange County HOME CHDO Funds $74,000 <br /> Except for the addition to Attachment A herein,the Original Agreement shall remain in full force <br /> and effect to the extent it is not inconsistent with this Amendment. In the event that there is a <br /> conflict between the Original Agreement and this Amendment,this Amendment shall control. <br />
