a <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board review the proposed joint <br />Chatham/Orange, task force proposals, make any needed revisions, and authorize staff to <br />forward these materials to the other jurisdictions for approval and respective appointments. <br />Once these appointments have been made, the proposals would come back to the Board for <br />County appointments and final approval. <br />
