Staff -Review countywide strategic framework and provide board with an assessment of <br />what the county is doing or not doing to support these goals, how much the county is <br />doing, fiscal and legal implications, timelines, etc. <br />4. BOC -Identify any adjustments or revisions, affirm priorities, and finalize strategic <br />framework along with county mission, vision, and values. <br />5.
