The written disclosures required in Sections ~9, 20 and 21 shall be made within the following timz periods which are applicable: (1) the later tiF 30 days after the effective date of this .title ar 30 days after the Board member has.assume:d office; . Any member who violates any provision of this title shall be witty of a misdemeanor and rnay. be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than one year, ar both. Aiiy inernber ~wha is convicted of a wilful second violation df any proviston of this act shall forfeit his/her elected or appointed office, and such office shall 'be considered vacant as of the date • of the final .Judgment of conviction. ~ Sec. 26.
