s <br /> Paul Neebe Orange County Arts Council Narrative <br /> Proposed project is the CD Pressing of a recording titled "21St Century <br /> American Trumpet Concertos" consisting of American Trumpet and <br /> Orchestra Concertos recorded by Paul Neebe with the State Philharmonic <br /> Orchestra Kosice. <br /> Albany Records has agreed to be the label on this project and is committed <br /> to this final stage of the project. The cost for pressing is $4,500. Albany <br /> records will do considerable marketing including sending over 100 Copies to <br /> public radio stations in the USA including North Carolina. Albany will also <br /> make the CD available on Itunes and Spotify. <br /> One composer, Roger Petrich, works in Chapel Hill at St. Thomas More, <br /> Catholic Church. Another composer, Eddie Bass, lives in Greensboro, <br /> North Carolina. Composers Richard Cioffari and Walter Ross are from <br /> Ohio and Virginia respectively. A project of this magnitude will surely <br /> boost the Artistic presence of North Carolina and especially Chapel Hill. <br /> This will be the third CD from Artist and Trumpet Paul Neebe. The first <br /> "Te Deum" (2004) was a CD of Trumpet and Organ works. The second <br /> "American Trumpet Concertos" (2006) was for Trumpet and Orchestra. <br /> What distinguishes this CD "21 st Century American Trumpet Concertos" <br /> from all the rest are two things. <br /> 1. All the pieces were commission and performed by Paul Neebe <br /> 2.
