His <br /> paintings, prints and sculpture are in private and corporate collections nationally. <br /> Gordon is a founding member of the Grange County Artists Guild, Orange <br /> County, North Carolina He served as co-chair from 2003 to 2005, and was the <br /> Artist Liaison until 2009. He has participated in Open Studio Tours since 1980 <br /> and has been involved with the Orange County Open Studio Tour since it began <br /> in 1995. <br /> He has served on the Orange County Arts Commission Board of Directors since <br /> 2000. He served as Board Chair from 2002 to 2004 and is currently the OCAC <br /> liaison to the Chapel Hill/Orange County Visitors Bureau Board. He served on the <br /> Board of Center Gallery at the Artscenter'in Carrboro, North Carolina from 1995 <br /> to 2000, and was chair from 1998 to 2000. He is currently President, Chair of the <br /> Board of Directors and a founding member of the Franklin Street Arts Collective <br /> gallery (FRANK gallery) in Chapel Hill, NC and is continually involved with many <br /> projects supporting the local art community. <br /> Gordon has curatorial and jury experience associated with galleries, arts <br /> organizations and educational venues- He also provides professional handling <br /> and installation of art including The Horace Williams House Gallery °n Chapel <br /> Hill. <br /> Previous professional affiliations include Dorchester Arts Council, Boston, NIA, <br /> Nanny Goat Hill Gallery, San Francisco, CA and Los Angeles County Museum of <br /> Contemporary Art, Curators Council, Los Angeles, CA. <br /> Gordon Jameson has lived in rural Orange County, North Carolina with his wife, <br /> Bonnie since 1993.
