The daylong event, which took place at over 25 venues, attracted an estimate <br /> of 8,000 to 10,000 people and highlighted why Carrboro was coined The Paris of the Piedmont. <br /> Gerry Williams, the event coordinator, said that the festival is all about bringing good music and <br /> good vibes to Carrboro. "A perfect day usually means a big crowd of people and nice weather.' <br /> Luckily for Williams, Mother Nature was on his side this year.
