It is our intention to contract on a fixed-fee basis(i.e., not-to- <br /> exceed amount)for the scope included within this proposal. <br /> Alternative scope changes and fee adjustments are possible, and are dependent on the <br /> County's specific project needs and staff resources and capabilities. <br /> Our fee estimate is based upon the scope and approach outlined in this proposal.
