<br />Orange County water supply reservoir water levels <br />Available information as of 2:00 PIVI, Friday, November 10, 2006 <br />Lake Orange <br />• Water level at 11.5" belo«~~ full. <br />• Water storage capacity remaining is 84.8% (424 million gallons) <br />• Approximately 130 days of water supply remaining {at Capacity L1se specified release rate) <br />• Current Eno River flow at the Hillsborough gage is averaging approximately 21 cfs (13.6 million <br />gallons per day). <br />• Releases from Lake Orange remain at lower than usual levels as the greater portion of instream flow <br />has been natural flow generated by recent rainfall events. <br />• Eno River Capacity Use Restrictions at Stage 1 have been in effect since August 5, 2006. <br />west Fork Reservoir (as of November 2na) <br />• Water level is at 15" below full <br />• Water storage capacity remaining is 96% <br />• In excess of 300 days of water supply remaining (assuming Town's current daily demand and <br />releases for streamflow augmentation). <br />OwASA Reservoirs <br />• Water level at Cane Creek Reservoir is 34.8" below full -see note 1. <br />• Water level at University Lake is 1.8" above full -see note 1. <br />• Total remaining water storage capacity is approximately 86.8% <br />• Approximately 330 days of water supply remaining (at current 7-day average daily demand 8.8 <br />million gallons per day]) -see note 1. <br />National weather Service/NOAA Regional Precipitation data (inches above f+l or below f-1 noi~nal} <br />RDU <br />-6.34" for 2005 <br />+6.18" since January 1, 2006 <br />+6.12" since September 1, 2006 <br />Piedmont-Triad <br />-9.94" for 200 <br />+5.62" since January 1, 2006 <br />+2.63" since September 1, 2006 <br />Miscellaneous notes <br />1.
