Conclusion <br />As indicated in previous studies, space issues are never fully resolved but are merely a <br />snapshot of circumstances at a given point in time. This update reflects optimism, since <br />enough space is being added to make a material difference in the need. <br />Future focus on space will lie in the areas of Human Services, Jail and Chapel Hill Court <br />space.
