JF Wilkerson Contractors of Morrisville, North Carolina <br />submitted the lowest bid with a total unit bid item amount of $747,840.00. <br />JF Wilkerson Contractors is appropriated licensed with the North Carolina General <br />Contractor Board to perform this project and has successfully completed utility projects for <br />Orange County in the past. We therefore recommend award of the Morinaga Facility <br />Infrastructure Improvements project to JF Wilkerson Contractors in the amount of $747,840.00. <br />Enclosed for your use is the Certified Bid Tabulation with Unit Prices.
