Motor Vehicle Property Tax Releases/Refunds <br /> The Board adopted a resolution, which is incorporated by reference, to release motor vehicle <br /> property tax values for thirteen (13) taxpayers with a total of fifteen (15) bills that will result in a <br /> reduction of revenue in accordance with NCGS. <br /> C. Property Tax Releases/Refunds <br /> The Board adopted a resolution, which is incorporated by reference, to release property tax <br /> values for four(4) taxpayers with a total of eight (8) bills that will result in a reduction of revenue <br /> in accordance with North Carolina General Statute 105-381. <br /> d. Consolidated Housing Plan Annual Action Plan/HOME Program <br /> The Board adopted a resolution, which is incorporated by reference, approving the FY 2014- <br /> 2015 Consolidated Housing Plan Annual Action Plan; adopting and authorizing the Chair to sign <br /> a Resolution approving the proposed HOME Program Activities for 2014-2015; and authorizing <br /> the Manager to implement the HOME Program as approved by the BOCC including the ability <br /> to execute agreements with partnering non-profit organizations after consultation with the <br /> County Attorney. <br /> e. for North Carolina Education Lottery Proceeds for Orange County <br /> Schools (OCS) and Contingent Approval of Budget Amendment#7-A Related to OCS <br /> Capital Project Ordinances . <br /> The Board approved an application to the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction <br /> (NCDPI) to release funds from the NC Education Lottery account related to FY 2013-14 debt <br /> service payments for Orange County Schools, and to approve Budget Amendment#7-A <br /> (amended School Capital Project Ordinances), contingent on the State's approval of the <br /> application. <br /> L Joint Resolution Amending the Hillsborough-Orange Interlocal Land Management <br /> Agreement for the Central Orange Coordinated Area <br /> The Board approved a resolution, which is incorporated by reference, amending the <br /> Hillsborough-Orange Interlocal Land Management Agreement to reflect the intent to continue <br />
