I am well versed in providing high levels of customer service, exploring <br />opportunities to retain a dedicated workforce, and governmental accounting and budgeting for <br />both day -to -day operations and capital expansion and improvements. <br />Conflict of Interest: <br />I understand that the ABC Board provides money to the Orange County Board of Education; <br />however, that is only a very small portion of its budget. To that end, I would recuse myself from <br />any decisions regarding the Orange County Board of Education should the ABC Board deem my <br />
