12 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />Supplemental Questions: <br />Alcoholic Beverage Control Board <br />Jill Blackburn <br />Please listlexplain your experience, either professionally and/or from other <br />boards /commissions that you have in the areas of budget, personnel, and management. <br />I have been an invited speaker at state wide and national meetings on issues related to financial, <br />management, IT, Disaster Planning, Human Resource topics. <br />I am very familiar with the internal controls necessary to operate a top organization. <br />In addition to the experience listed in the question above, please list the workivolunteer <br />experience /qualifications that would add to your expertise for this board. <br />As stated in previous paragraph. <br />What do you see as the responsibilities of this board, and what do you hope to <br />accomplish if appointed? <br />Would work to continue to make the Orange County ABC Board one of the best well run boards <br />in our state, a board the people of our county can be pleased with.
