The <br /> developer, 16 Parkside Lane, LLC, proposes to develop twenty lots on a parcel containing some <br /> 104 acres. The property is zoned RB (Rural Buffer), University Lake Protected Watershed. All <br /> lots will have individual well and septic systems. <br /> The purpose of the Neighborhood Information Meeting is to provide an opportunity for you to ask <br /> questions about the proposed development plan. At the meeting, the Orange County Planning <br /> Department staff will describe the subdivision review process and answer questions regarding the <br /> land subdivision process. After the Neighborhood Information Meeting, the Planning Board will <br /> review the Concept Plan. The next Planning Board meeting is scheduled for November 6, 2013 <br /> at 7:30 p.m. in the131 West Margaret Lane Ground Floor Conference Room.
