The recommended location would be in <br /> the primary open space of Buckfork creek between Lot#19,Lot#17 and Dairyland Road. <br /> This water source must be certified by a registered professional engineer or soil conservationist <br /> that the water source will provide a minimum of 30,000 gallons of usable firefighting water <br /> and/or be able to deliver a minimum of 250 gallons of water per minute for no less than a two (2) <br /> hour duration during a drought with an average 50-year frequency. An all-weather driving <br /> surface capable of supporting the imposed loads of a 40,0001bs. fire pumper must be provided to <br /> ensure year-round accessibility. <br /> The developer shall obtain a written statement signed by the owner of any private suction water <br /> supply point, authorizing its use by the fire department for emergency firefighting use and at least <br /> quarterly maintenance back flushing performed by the fire department along with any water <br /> supply training deemed necessary by the fire chief. <br /> Additionally, a posted and approved reflective sign shall be erected at the location that is visible <br /> in both directions for a minimum of 200 feet and the diameter of the cul-de-sac shall be a <br /> minimum of Res�eut <br /> Jason B.
