57 <br /> Section 11.2. Amendment by the Board. The Board of Directors may amend these <br /> Bylaws without the consent of the Owners: <br /> (a) To correct any obvious error or inconsistency in drafting,typing or <br /> reproduction;and <br /> (b) To conform to the requirements of any law or governmental agency having legal <br /> jurisdiction over the Property or to qualify the Property or any Lots therein for mortgage or <br /> improvement loans made or insured by a governmental agency, Federal National Mortgage <br /> Association or Government regulations of any corporation or agency regarding purchase of <br /> mortgage interests in Lots by such agency. <br /> No amendments made pursuant to this Section 11.2 will be effective until duly recorded in <br /> the Office of the Register of Deeds of the county in which the Property is located. <br /> ARTICLE XII <br /> CONFLICTS <br /> In case of any conflict between the Articles of Incorporation and these Bylaws, the Articles will <br /> control; and in the case of any conflict between the Declaration and these Bylaws, the <br /> Declaration will control. <br /> Page 49 of 50 <br />
