25 <br /> Attachment 2 <br /> A RESOLUTION INITIATING FUNDING FOR PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING AND <br /> OUTREACH FOR THE ROGERS ROAD SEWER PROJECT AND CONTINUING THE <br /> PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE EXTRATERRITORIAL JURISDICTION BOUNDARY <br /> AMENDMENT (2014-02-10/R-3) <br /> WHEREAS,the Town Council re-opened the Public Hearing for the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction <br /> Boundary Amendment on October 21,2013 and continued the hearing to January 13,2014 and <br /> continued the hearing to tonight; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the <br /> Council continues the Public Hearing,to be reconvened in the fall 2014. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council directs the Town Manager to prepare <br /> agreements and appropriate budget action to initiate preliminary engineering and outreach efforts <br /> for the Rogers Road sewer project; <br /> This the 10th day of February,2014. <br /> • <br />
