4 <br /> 3. Deliberate as necessary and decide accordingly. The Manager recommends 3.a. below <br /> at this time. <br /> a. If the Board decides to adopt the changes recommended by the Planning <br /> Director, the Board should adopt Attachments 2 and 4 which authorize the <br /> amendments to the Comprehensive Plan, Unified Development Ordinance, and <br /> Zoning Atlas and provide the required Statement of Consistency with the <br /> Comprehensive Plan. <br /> (In addition, research potential solutions to the issues noted.) <br /> b. If the Board decides to adopt the changes recommended by the Planning <br /> Board, the Board should adopt Attachments 3 and 4 which authorize the <br /> amendments to the Comprehensive Plan, Unified Development Ordinance, and <br /> Zoning Atlas and provide the required Statement of Consistency with the <br /> Comprehensive Plan. <br /> c. If the Board decides not to adopt any changes, the Board should adopt <br /> Attachments 5 and 6, which consist of an ordinance denying the amendments and <br /> the Statement of Inconsistency with the Comprehensive Plan. <br />
