7 <br /> RES-2013-086 Attachment 4 <br /> ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> RESOLUTION OF TENTATIVE AWARD <br /> WHEREAS, Orange County, North Carolina has received bids, pursuant to duly advertised notice <br /> therefore,for construction of the McGowan Creek Interceptor, Project No. CS370884-02, and <br /> WHEREAS,the McGill Associates Consulting Engineers have reviewed the bids; and <br /> WHEREAS, Park Construction of North Carolina, Inc,was the lowest bidder for the McGowan <br /> Creek Interceptor, in the total bid amount of$597,813.13, and <br /> WHEREAS, the consulting Engineers recommend TENTATIVE AWARD to the lowest bidder(s). <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that TENTATIVE AWARD is made to the lowest bidder(s) in <br /> the Total Bid Amount of$597,813.13. <br /> Name of Contractor Amount <br /> 1.
