As project Manager, Will <br /> coordinated all planning, modeling, and public involvement activities with NCDOT <br /> and the Town. <br /> North Carolina Ferry System Study, Eastern North Carolina (2011)— Project <br /> manager for the development of a study for the NCDOT Ferry Division to develop <br /> a tolling structure, including pricing for all seven of the NC Ferry System routes. <br /> As the project manager,Will served as the point of contact, led the data <br /> collection efforts, developed the revenue models, and participated with NCDOT <br /> in public meetings and appearences before the NC Legislature's Joint <br /> Transportation Oversight Committee to present the options for meeting the <br /> legislative revenue mandates. <br /> Wendover Avenue Interchange Replacement, Greensboro, NC (2011) Project <br /> manager responsible for a traffic analysis to determine the feasibility and the <br /> associated traffic operations of eliminating the existing Wendover <br /> Avenue/Westover Terrace interchange ramps and constructing an at-grade <br /> intersection on Wendover Avenue. As the project manager, Will served as the <br /> point of contact, coordinating all communication, scheduling, and product <br /> completion for the client. <br /> Laurie Ellis Road Extension Feasibility Study,Winterville, NC (2008-2009)— <br /> Project manager responsible for conducting a feasibility study for the extension of <br /> Laurie Ellis Road to Reedy Branch Road in Winterville. The stimulus for this <br /> project was to improve vehicular safety along NC 11 by providing an east-west <br /> roadway, thereby reducing turning movements on NC 11. Services being <br /> provided include traffic data collection, corridor capacity analysis, conceptual <br /> designs, crash analysis, and public involvement. <br /> NOAA TIAR Update, Honolulu, HI (2008-2009)— Project manager retained by <br /> Fukunaga and Associates to assist in planning for future developments at the <br /> NOAA facility on Ford Island. As a continuation of previous work this project <br /> involves traffic analysis on the single access point to the Island on Kamehameha <br /> Highway, including the planning for an additional right-turn lane, which, if <br /> necessary, would require the relocation of several high-tension power lines. Mr. <br /> Letchworth was also asked to examine the functionality of the Aiea interchange <br /> and the intersection of Kamehameha Highway and Salt Lake Boulevard. <br /> Letchworth,William E.
