Worked closely with the Program Director and key clinical team to <br />develop and implement HR strategies, functions and systems to facilitate the achievement <br />of WCAS strategic directions and initiatives. Served as the staff advisor and liaison within <br />various Committees of WCAS Board of Directors, as needed: 'Promoted and facilitated <br />the mission and vision of the organization.
