V r <br />Article 5: Uses $o <br />Section 5.17: Standards for Miscellaneous Uses <br />(b) The site shall have direct access to a collector or arterial street <br />(c) There shall be adequate space within the site for the parking and <br />maneuvering of funeral cartilages <br />(d) No interments shall take place within 30 feet of any lot line. <br />17.4 Historic Sites Non Residential Reuse /Mixed Use <br />(A) Standards for Class A Special Use Permit <br />(1) Submittal Requirements <br />In addition to the information required in Section 2.7, the following all be <br />supplied as part of the application: <br />(a) The site plan, prepared by an appropriately licensed rofessional, shall <br />also contain the following: <br />(i) Location, width, and type of all intern ehicular and pedestrian <br />Orange County, North Carolina — Unified Development Ordinance Page 5 -134 <br />circulation. <br />(ii) Location and dimensions of all o site signage. <br />(iii Boundaries of the site and di ance to nearest residential <br />structures. <br />(b) <br />Descri 'on of the proposed us s) of the site and the buildings thereon, <br />including a following: <br />(i) Amo t of area a cated to each use. <br />(ii) Number full nd part time employees. <br />(iii) Number of nts and /or occupants expected to use the facility. <br />(iv) Propos d hours f operation for non residential uses of the site <br />and thin building thereon. <br />(c) <br />Building p ns for all existing o roposed structures to include floor <br />plans, vations, and sections s wing restoration /rehabilitation <br />prop ed. Description of how the hi torical style and character of the <br />bui ing and /or property is to be enha ed. <br />(d) <br />andscape and tree preservation plan, at a same scale as the site <br />plan, showing existing or proposed trees, sh bs, ground cover and other <br />landscape materials. <br />e) <br />Statement from the appropriate public service age ties concerning the <br />method and adequacy of water supply and was r treatment for the <br />proposed uses. <br />(f) <br />Statement from the appropriate public service agencies co erning the <br />provision of fire, police and rescue protection to the site and uctures. <br />(g) <br />Evidence that the property is listed on the National Historic Regi r or <br />recognized by the State of North Carolina as places of historic inter t. <br />(h) <br />The proposed development schedule for the site. <br />2) Standards of Evaluation <br />Section reference <br />(a) <br />The site plan submitted meets all requirements specified in sections 2.7 <br />update => <br />and 5.5-.1417.4(A)(1). <br />Orange County, North Carolina — Unified Development Ordinance Page 5 -134 <br />
