The buffer shall be in place <br />to the initiation of an xcavat' n activities. <br />(m) The applicant shall submit op tonal reports, prepared on an annual <br />basis, detailing the amounts terials extracted, extent of extractive <br />area, depth of extractive ar a, and sults of groundwater test borings. <br />(n) Annual inspections oft operation sh I be conducted by the Planning <br />Director following su ittal of the annual erations reports to determine <br />compliance with t provisions of the Speci Use Permit. <br />(o) In cases of ab donment or termination of oper ions for a period of 12 <br />consecutive onths, application for a new Specia se Permit is <br />required. <br />(p) The B rd of County Commissioners shall require f\oes ractive uses <br />a p ormance guarantee to insure that the provisio <br />abilitation Plan are met. Such performance gua be in a <br />orm approved by the County Attorney. The amoungu antee <br />shall cover the cost of rehabilitation on a per acre be cost oes not exceed the amount posted with the State.
