Article 5: Uses 58 <br />Section 5.6: Standards for Commercial Uses <br />(1) <br />The site shall meet the landscaping and buffer requirements establi ed <br />in Section 6.8 of this Ordinance. However, property recognized the <br />state or the county as a historic site, or as containing a signific t historic <br />structure, shall receive a full or partial waiver of the road -fro land use <br />buffer to maintain the historic character of the site and th raditional <br />view of the house from the roadside. <br />(m) <br />a applicant shall be responsible for satisfying a review and permitting <br />req " ements of other public agencies, includin ut not limited to <br />NCD driveway permits. <br />(n) <br />The minim lot size for a Bed & Break st Inn using a private well and <br />septic syste hall be no less than fi acres.
