Overflow parking does n have to be <br />paved or graveled but must be on a suitable (even) surface. <br />(i) Any bed & breakfast establishment that is not located on a state <br />maintained road shall furnish a copy of the deed establishing the <br />ingress /egress easement to the Planning Director.
