4 <br />Attachment 1 <br />A RESOLUTION INITIATING FUNDING FOR PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING AND <br />OUTREACH FOR THE ROGERS ROAD SEWER PROJECT AND CONTINUING THE <br />PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE EXTRATERRITORIAL JURISDICTION BOUNDARY <br />AMENDMENT (2014- 02- 10/R -3) <br />WHEREAS, the Town Council re- opened the Public Hearing for the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction <br />Boundary Amendment on October 21, 2013 and continued the hearing to January 13, 2014 and <br />continued the hearing to tonight; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the <br />Council continues the Public Hearing, to be reconvened in the fall 2014. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council directs the Town Manager to prepare <br />agreements and appropriate budget action to initiate preliminary engineering and outreach efforts <br />for the Rogers Road sewer project; <br />This the 10th day of February, 2014. <br />
