He said the strategic communications group needs to talk about <br />how the County can be a better conduit for information. <br />Commissioner Price said she was also concerned that the shelter was closed when <br />people were still out of power. <br />Chair Jacobs said Piedmont Electric was not aware that the shelter had opened or <br />closed, and he feels there needs to be a better communication plan that gives one place for all <br />the information. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner McKee, seconded by Commissioner Rich to <br />adjourn the meeting at 10:23 pm. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />Donna S.
