Duke Power Right of Way for Seymour Senior Center <br />The Board twill consider approving a right of t~~~ay agreement as requested by Duke Power for power lines to <br />be installed for the Seymour Senior Center on the Human Services Campus on Homestead Road, Chapel <br />Hill; and authorize the Chair to sign. <br />b. Contract Approval: Animal Services Facility Design Services <br />The Board will consider authorizing a contract with Dixon Weinstein :4rchitects for services associated with <br />the design of the ne«~ Animal Services Facility on Eubanks Road, Chapel Hill and services associated l~~ith <br />the regulatory approvals required for the project, at a cost not to exceed $623,375, plus reimbursable costs; <br />and authorize the Chair to sign. <br />c. Leal Advertisement for Quarterly Public Hearing -November 20, 2006 <br />The Board will consider the legal advertisement for items to be presented at the Board of County <br />Commissioners/Planning Board Quarterly Public Hearing scheduled for November 20, 2006. <br />d. Contract Re~~ision of Louis Berner Group Contract to Complete TDR Phase III <br />The Board will consider authorizing the negotiation of an addendum to a contract with The Louis Berger <br />Group, Inc. and UNC-Charlotte Urban Institute to include Phase III of the Transfer of Development Rights <br />(TDR) ordinance development acid not to exceed $49,46.81. <br />e. Board of Conunissioners 11~leetvi~ Calendar for Year 2007 <br />The Board will consider final approval of the regular meeting schedule for the Board of County <br />Commissioners for calendar year 2007. <br />10. Reports <br />a. Final Report of the Child Care Task Force <br />The Board will receive the report of the Child Care Task Force to the Board of Commissioners, assign the <br />responsibility for implementing the recommendations to the Social Services Board with help form the <br />County Nlanager's Office and sunset the Child Care Task Force. <br />11.
