However, there <br />must be at leas a tree every 100 feet o reet frontage. <br />(3) In all developments su ' ct to the pr isions of this section, the developer shall <br />either retain or plant trees ' in e front yard setback along all existing and <br />proposed street frontages, p ' and private, except for alleys. <br />(4) If a conflict exists with ,p4lic utilities, rnate plantings consisting of a greater <br />number of un=11be trees will be permit <br />(5) Street trees f a spe cies included on the anning Director's list of <br />acceptab street tree species. <br />(B) Between L lantings <br />(1) here a land use buffer is not required, a landscape area ten fee ' width <br />exclusive of drainage and /or utility easements shall be provided along interior <br />side and rear lot lines of each lot being developed.
