Article 5: Uses <br />Section 5.6: Standards for Commercial Uses <br />5.6.7 Rural Guest Establishment: Bed & Breakfast <br />(A) General Standards <br />(1) Submittal Requirements <br />(a) A site plan, prepared in accordance with the r/buildings s of Section <br />itle change only containing the following: (Per Section.2.5.2 presign and <br />certification is not required for Rural Guest Ests with thr e <br />guestrooms or less —bed & breakfasts.) <br />(i) Location, width, and type of all internand edestrian <br />circulation, and parking requirements <br />(ii) Location and dimensions of all on site <br />(iii) Boundaries of the site. <br />V) Location of well and septic system. <br />(b) De cription of the proposed use(s) of the site ildings thereon, <br />inclu ing the following: <br />(i) <br />(iv) <br />'Amount of area allocated to each uXE <br />NLITber of full and part time <br />Num r of clients and /or occ ants expected to use the facility. <br />11 <br />Propose hours of operati n for non residential uses of the site <br />and within uildings they on. <br />(c) Building plans for all isting proposed structures to include floor <br />plans, elevations, and s cti s showing restoration /rehabilitation <br />proposed. <br />(d) Landscape plan, at the am scale as the site plan, showing existing or <br />proposed trees, shru s, groun cover and other landscape materials. <br />(Landscape inform ion is often own on the base plan for small <br />projects.
