Students worked with IT staff and departments to determine services <br />and public needs. <br />•Smart Search is acitizen-centric search enginern which search terms are <br />matched with frequently asked questions, which in turn are linked to web <br />pages. Currently, over 60% of all user searches on our website are fulfilled <br />with SmartSearch.
