Perdita Holtz said that was the major change that occurred as a result of the Assembly <br /> of Governments meeting. She said many of the uses would be required to submit a <br /> groundwater study if they exceed the number of gallons per day utilized by an average single <br /> family residence. <br /> Council Member Ward asked what is in place to inform the public in the affected area of <br /> these proposed changes. <br /> Perdita Holtz said there was a public information meeting on this entire program; the <br /> items were on the Board of County Commissioners QPH agenda; and this public hearing tonight <br /> was in a legal advertisement. She said press releases are done, and if this was to be adopted, <br /> and projects come forward, owners within 500 feet of a proposed property would be notified. <br /> D.
