Project Experience <br /> Bradley Luckey <br /> • Stream and Wetland Delineation and Individual Permitting Services for a large furniture <br /> manufacturer, situated on an approximate 650 acre tract in Davie County, North Carolina. <br /> Mr. Luckey conducted a stream/wetland delineation and U.S.Army Corps of Engineers and <br /> State of North Carolina field verifications for the project. Mr. Luckey completed Individual <br /> Permitting with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the State of North Carolina for the <br /> proposed 2.4 million square foot building expansion,rail spur and associated parking areas. <br /> • Stream and wetland delineation and stacked Nationwide Permitting services for the <br /> construction of an approximate 1,000,000 square foot distribution center, approximately <br /> three miles of access roads and approximately three miles of water and sanitary sewer <br /> lines in a proposed industrial park in Alamance County, North Carolina. Mr. Luckey <br /> conducted stream/wetland delineation and agency field verification for the approximate <br /> three miles of water and sanitary sewer lines. Mr. Luckey completed three separate <br /> (stacked) U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nationwide Permits for the proposed roadway, <br /> utilities and distribution center. <br /> • Environmental Assessment(EA)for an approximate 300,000 square foot medical hospital <br /> in Forsyth County, North Carolina. Scope of services included preparation of the EA, <br /> correspondence with multiple state agencies and the Department of Veterans Affairs, a <br /> public comment period, a response to public comments and the issuance of a Finding of <br /> No Significant Impact. <br /> • Threatened and Endangered Species Survey for a proposed solar farm situated on an <br /> approximate 500 acre tract in Rutherford County, North Carolina. Scope of services <br /> included a site reconnaissance, vegetative and wildlife habitat description and <br /> coordination with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services. Based on the preliminary results of <br /> the study, Mr. Luckey conducted a detailed study for the presence of the federally listed <br /> threatened species Dwarf-flowered Heartleaf (Hexastylis naniflora). The detailed study <br /> identified existing populations of Dwarf-flowered Heartleaf within the project area. Mr. <br /> Luckey led correspondence with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the proposed <br /> developer to reach a resolution to develop the site without impact to the federally listed <br /> threatened species. <br /> • Phase I Environmental Site Assessment for a historical coal gasification plant, currently <br /> occupied by an apartment complex, located in downtown Charlotte, North Carolina. Mr. <br /> Luckey performed extensive historical regulatory review and correspondence with several <br /> regulators with the State of North Carolina. Mr. Luckey reviewed the soil vapor extraction <br /> design and provided recommendations for the long term maintenance of the current <br /> system. Additionally, Mr. Luckey reviewed and provided recommendations for the on- <br /> going required groundwater sampling required by the State of North Carolina. <br />
