` Project Experience <br /> B. J. Lineback, CIEC, LEED AP <br /> • Indoor air quality services for various financial institutions, commercial buildings and <br /> industrial buildings throughout the southeastern United States. Project responsibilities on <br /> these projects include initial indoor air and moisture assessments that involved identifying <br /> sources of moisture/water intrusion. Project responsibilities further involved preparing <br /> remediation specifications to remove and repair impacted materials and post clearance <br /> testing. Mr. Lineback coordinated with the client, on-site personnel and remediation <br /> contractors to complete the projects. <br /> • Mr. Lineback completed a NEPA Categorical Exclusion(CE) Form for a proposed pedestrian <br /> access trail in Cumberland County, North Carolina. The proposed trail was approximately <br /> three miles in length and traversed several properties.As part of the CE form, Mr. Lineback <br /> completed a stream/wetland determination and delineation. In addition, Mr. Lineback <br /> communicated with various agencies to determine potential impacts to historical <br /> structures, natural resources,threatened and endangered species,etc. <br /> • Mr. Lineback prepared a NEPA Environmental Assessment(EA)for a transportation center <br /> in Cumberland County, North Carolina. The EA was required to determine if potential <br /> environmental impacts would have been associated with the development of the project. <br /> The EA included preparation of the EA, correspondence with multiple state agencies and <br /> the public along with coordination between the Client and the Federal Transportation <br /> Agency. The project included a public comment period, evaluation of responses to <br /> comments and the issuance of a Finding of No Significant Impact. <br /> • Mr. Lineback has performed hundreds of asbestos inspections throughout North Carolina <br /> and South Carolina. These inspections have been performed on properties ranging from <br /> residential structures to schools to large manufacturing facilities.These surveys have been <br /> performed in accordance with various regulatory agencies including the Occupational <br /> Safety and Health Administration, National Emissions Standard for Hazardous Air <br /> Pollutants and the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act,etc. In addition,Mr. Lineback <br /> has prepared numerous abatement specification plans, bid documents and drawings for <br /> asbestos removal projects. <br /> • Mr. Lineback has performed hundreds of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments over the <br /> past nine plus years. The Phase I Environmental Site Assessments were performed on <br /> properties ranging from greenfield sites to gasoline stations to large industrial facilities. <br /> Mr. Lineback responsibilities include coordinating with clients and site owners to perform <br /> a site reconnaissance, review and interpret regulatory data and review the historical use <br /> of the properties. <br />
