` Project Experience <br /> David Brame, PWS <br /> • Mr. Brame has performed asbestos inspections on a variety of facilities including large <br /> tobacco manufacturing plants, historical textile and furniture manufacturing plants, <br /> associated power plants, downtown high rise buildings, hospitals, apartment complexes, <br /> university dormitories and classrooms and single family residences. Additionally, Mr. <br /> Brame has completed abatement designs and coordination of asbestos removal projects <br /> in these types of facilities. <br /> • Mr. Brame has managed numerous wetland projects including wetland determinations, <br /> wetland delineations, stream and wetland permitting, stream and wetland restoration <br /> construction management,tree and plant identification and U.S.Army Corps of Engineers <br /> and North Carolina Division of Water Resources verifications. Mr. Brame has assisted <br /> clients with the completion of nationwide permits for unavoidable impacts to streams and <br /> wetlands. Additionally, Mr. Brame assisted with the completion of an individual permit <br /> submittal for construction of an approximate 26 acre lake. <br /> • Mr. Brame has performed stream and wetland mitigation monitoring in conjunction with <br /> development expansion at a major airport. Mr. Brame performed oversight during the <br /> construction of approximately 28 acres of wetland creation and restoration and <br /> approximately 200 linear feet of stream restoration. Following construction, Mr. Brame <br /> successfully completed the mitigation monitoring and reporting required to fulfill the <br /> permit requirements. Additionally, Mr. Brame has assisted with stream restoration design <br /> and implementation on several smaller projects. <br /> • Mr. Brame has completed an Environmental Assessment (EA) for the installation of a 12 <br /> mile water main for funding by the United States Department of Agriculture(USDA)in rural <br /> North Carolina. Scope of services included preparation of the EA, correspondence with <br /> multiple state agencies and the USDA, a public comment period and response to <br /> comments and the issuance of a Finding of No Significant Impact. <br /> • Mr. Brame has performed hundreds of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments over the <br /> past 10 plus years. These Phase I Environmental Site Assessments were performed on <br /> properties ranging from greenfield sites to gasoline stations to large industrial facilities. <br /> Mr. Brame's responsibilities include performing site visits, review and interpreting <br /> regulatory data, historical use review of the property and client consultation. <br /> • Mr. Brame has performed preliminary threatened and endangered species studies for <br /> properties including proposed solar farm facilities, industrial development and <br /> governmental development throughout North Carolina. Scope of services included a site <br /> reconnaissance,vegetative and wildlife habitat description and coordination with the U.S. <br /> Fish and Wildlife Service and the North Carolina Natural Heritage Program. <br />
