Mr.Luckey's project experience includes <br /> EXPERIENCE natural resource related projects,environmental assessments for N.C.DOT Borrow/Waste sites including <br /> sediment and erosion control plan design, NPDES stormwater compliance services and Phase I <br /> environmental site assessments. Mr. Luckey has conducted environmental consulting services on <br /> residential,commercial,municipal and industrial properties. <br /> NATURAL RESOURCES I Mr. Luckey has experience in consulting with clients and performing wetland and stream identification <br /> and delineation, stream and wetland impact permitting, mitigation monitoring, jurisdictional <br /> determinations and United States Army Corps of Engineers and State of North Carolina verifications.He <br /> has experience in delineating different varieties of wetland ecosystems in numerous states and obtaining <br /> Federal and State permits, including nationwide and individual permits. Mr. Luckey has conducted <br /> numerous NEPA assessments, including Categorical Exclusions and Environmental Assessments. Mr. <br /> Luckey has experience performing Threatened and Endangered Species studies and Cultural Resources <br /> Evaluations. <br /> PHASE I Mr.Luckey has experience performing Phase I environmental assessments to determine environmental <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL liabilities for Real Property Transfers ranging from greenfield sites to historical industrial facilities. <br /> ASSESSMENTS <br /> N.C.DOT BORROW Mr.Luckey has performed numerous N.C.Dot Borrow/Waste Site evaluations.Such evaluations include <br /> AND WASTE SITES wetland and stream determinations, endangered species surveys, cultural resources inquiries, and <br /> EVALUATIONS reclamation plans. He is certified by the N.C. DOT to design erosion and sediment control plans <br /> (reclamation plans)associated with borrow/waste sites. <br /> CONTINUING In addition to the coursework that was completed by Mr.Luckey as part of his curriculum,Mr.Luckey has <br /> EDUCATION completed courses in NC Stream Identification,Advanced Hydric Soils Indicators,Advanced Hydrology <br /> Indicators,Hydrophytic Vegetation and other relative courses. <br />
