Mr. Lineback has conducted <br /> environmental consulting services on industrial,commercial,municipal and residential properties. <br /> INDOOR AIR QUALITY I Mr. Lineback has experience in performing various indoor air quality sampling and consulting. Mr. <br /> SERVICES Lineback has performed indoor air quality services on various types of facilities including office buildings, <br /> financial institutions, industrial facilities and residential structures. These services include microbial <br /> investigations and remediation designs,sampling for volatile organic compounds(VOCs),radon testing, <br /> LEED IAQ sampling and moisture investigations.Indoor air quality tasks include air/surface sampling for <br /> various contaminants,interpretation of analytical results and design/consultation of remedial actions. <br /> PHASE 1 Mr. Lineback has experience performing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)to determine <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL environmental liabilities for Real Property Transfers.Mr.Lineback has performed hundreds of Phase I ESAs <br /> ASSESSMENTS ranging from greenfield sites to historical industrial facilities. Phase I ESA responsibilities include review <br /> of historical data, identification of on-site features including potential environmental conditions, <br /> interpretation of regulatory data and communication with the client. <br /> ASBESTOS INSPECTION ( Mr. Lineback has experience in performing asbestos inspections and asbestos designs on office, retail, <br /> AND DESIGN SERVICES residential, governmental, university and industrial buildings. Mr. Uneback has conducted numerous <br /> inspections and prepared abatement designs,remediation services and assisted with clearance testing <br /> throughout North Carolina and South Carolina. <br />
