26 <br />XII. CERTIFICATION <br />The Orange County Board of Social Services actively participated in the piam7ing process <br />for the Orange County Work First Plan. The Board of Social Services supports the <br />strategies for meeting the statewide and county outcome goals identified by the <br />community. <br />The Orange County Board of County Commissioners certifies that a committee of <br />Orange County citizens was formed called the Work First Planning Committee. The <br />Planting Committee identified the needs of the Work First population, and assisted in the <br />development of the County Plan.
