Install continuous aluminum gutters and downspouts on all <br />fascias. Color of gutters and downspouts to match. coil trim. <br />Note: Attach solid drain the to all downspouts. The front and rear <br />left downspout drain file can run beside the foundation drain tile. <br />The front right downspout drain tle shall run toward the right rear <br />away from the foundation. Check the locating service for under- <br />ground utlites before digging. <br />Windows: <br />1, Install ten (10) vinyl construction windows with built in J=channel and <br />nailing flange. Install all necessary,trim to properly install new windows. <br />(jamb extensions and matching casing) <br />New windows to be complete with screen, lock and openable sash. <br />Windows to open, close and lock properly.
