Install a new vinyl-clad self- storing storm door on the side porch. <br />Storm door shall be complete with lock, door sweep and closure. <br />The new storm door to be of Larson quality orpre-approved equal. <br />Storm door to open, close and lock properly. <br />Foundation: <br />1. Install foundation drain file starting from the left front porch <br />to the rear right corner. (Approximately 100 feet) Refer to <br />Rehabilitation Specialist for proper location. Dig to footing, <br />prepare footing and foundation wall for water-proofing. Apply a <br />foundation water-proofing to within two inches of ground level. <br />Install a minimum of two inches of # 57 or #67 rock on footing. Install <br />slotted drain file from front porch to rear right corner: Cover <br />drain file with a minimum of 12 inches of rock, apply landscape <br />fabric over rock and backfill. Seed and straw exposed area. <br />Note: Drain file shall termite not less than ten (10) feet from <br />foundation wall. Rehabilitation Specialist to inspect drain file before <br />back filled. <br />Page 2 <br />2. Add 24 yds (2 Tandem Loads) of soil along the foundation walls to <br />divert water away from unit. Soil shall be added along the front, <br />left side and rear of unit. Landscape soil sloping away from <br />foundation. Seed and straw exposed area. <br />3. Install three foundation vents along the front foundation wall. <br />Install automatic foundation vents. <br />4. Install two large vent wells to the front left and left side foundation <br />vents. <br />5. Install a large vent well around the front water spigot. <br />
