Install schedule 40 PVC <br />drain lines from the foundation wall to all fixtures. All plumbing <br />work shall meet the new Plumbing Code. All fixtures are to be properly <br />vented. Install a four (4) inch cleanout within aft ofthe foundation <br />wall per code. <br />2. Install' a new washing machine box on the back porch. Refer to <br />rehab. Specialist for proper location. All plumbing work to meet <br />plumbing code. <br />3. Remove all existing supply lines from the unit. Install ~/a" pex line <br />from the foundation wall to a cut-off within aft of the crawlspace <br />opening. Install new supply lines to all fixtures. Install new cut- <br />offs to all fixtures. Note: ,Install %Z inch copper supply lines to the <br />bathroom sink. <br />4. Install a new combination tub/shower valve in the bathroom. Install <br />supply line to shower head. Install new trip-lever and drain line <br />assembly for the tub. Make all plumbing connections. <br />Install a faucet access cover on the kitchen wall to access faucet. <br />5. Install afreeze-proof water spigot located on the rear of the unit. <br />Make all plumbing connections. Spigot shall be secure. <br />6. Install an expansion tank on the existing water heater to code. <br />7. Install .anew PVC commode flange. Re-set commode with new <br />wax seal and supply line & cut-off. <br />8. Install pipe insulation on all supply lines. Pipe insulation to be <br />properly installed and: taped. <br />9. Install a proper wire connector where wire enters water heater. <br />10. Install a new drain line assembly and mechanical vent for the <br />kitchen sink. Make all plumbing connections. <br />
