Remove and replace 1 sheet of damaged plywood on the front <br />porch roof. Install matching plywood. Trim existing plywood on <br />both eves back to coil trim. Refer to Rehab. Specialist for proper locators. <br />Drain the shall be below grade and drain to rear yard. <br />Windows: <br />1. Remove all loose glazing and paint on the sunroom casement <br />window. Re-glaze and paint the exterior window with proper <br />paint. <br />Mechanical: <br />Page 3 <br />Remove the existing HVAC unit and ductwork. Install a new HVAC <br />split system. Unit to be sized in accordance with ASHRAE/Manual <br />"J" specifications. and ductwork design to be in accordance with <br />ASFIRAEEIManual "D" specificatons. New heat/air system shall be a <br />complete operational system. Air conditon to be at least a 13 seer. <br />All duct work to be insulated. ~ Both electrical and mechanical permits <br />are required. All work must pass the inspections from the Chapel Hill <br />Inspections Dept. Price to include new floor registers and return duct. <br />The existing gas piping maybe used provided in good working <br />condition. Note: Mechanical contractor shall furnish paperwork <br />to certify meeting the above requirements. _ <br />
