Install <br />6 inches of # 67 gravel in the ditch then install drain tile. Cover <br />the drain file with a minimum of 8" of gravel. The drain file along <br />the foundation wall shall be slotted. The drain file in the rear yard <br />shall be solid. Add 6 yards of top soil along the foundation wall. <br />Slope soil away from foundation. Seed and straw the exposed <br />area. Note: Rehabilitation Specialist to inspect ditch before gravel <br />is installed. <br />11 <br />Roof: <br />Water-proof the right foundation wall. Clean and brush wall using <br />water. Apply two coats ofwater-proofing to the brick. before drain- <br />tile is installed. . <br />1. Remove all shingles to the sheathing. Prepare sheathing for new <br />felt paper. Check sheathing for exposed nails and damaged roof <br />sheathing. Install new white eve starter, vent boots and chimney <br />flashing. Install 301b felt paper and 25 year shingles. <br />Install shingles per manufacture specifications. <br />Replace all damaged sections of flashing in all locations.
